1.Care & Protection of Children of Incarcerated Prisoners
The draft proposes a framework to identify, protect and rehabilitate children affected by parental incarceration, including children living inside prisons and those living with relatives, guardians or in institutional care.

2.Prevention & Response to Drug and Substance Use Among Children
The draft proposes a framework for prevention, early identification, referral, treatment and rehabilitation, with roles for schools, healthcare providers and child protection authorities.
