Bird Symposium In India

As a result of the onslaught of environmental changes, largely of human origin, birds are either adapting through behavioural adaptations or perishing. These behaviours require consistent long-term monitoring to understand. On the other hand, there are behaviours that are rarely seen, often captured serendipitously by a 'citizen scientist' or a camera trap. Both types of behaviours are important to understand the ecology of birds. This mini-symposium is to bring to attention to, and scale up the observations of all rare and common behaviour of birds.
