Where does your waste go? We interact with waste every single day, but rarely stop to think about what happens after it leaves our homes, offices and institutions. For our first session under Nukhta’s new Environment category, we’re inviting you to explore the systems behind waste management and ask a bigger question: can we build a future without landfills? Nupur Tandon, Founding Director of Pro Waste Concepts, will take us through waste segregation, collection, treatment and disposal, while sharing her experience of creating decentralised and zero waste systems across institutions and communities. This is a conversation about understanding waste beyond the bin, questioning the systems we have built around it, and thinking about what better waste management could look like.
